3. Virtual therapy sessions
Care runs through video-based CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy, individual check-ins, mindfulness practices, and family sessions with proper releases, all following the individualized plan.
4. Flexible outpatient care
As circumstances shift, clients can continue virtually, move to on-site care, or blend the two within the same Ascend team, keeping treatment steady through the transitions.
